The 2021/2022 StarTimes Fufa Big League matchday eight was completed with Kitara FC, Luweero United FC, Blacks Power FC, Ndejje University and Calvary FC registering victories.

Tabu Vitalis’ lone goal in fourth  minute of the game was enough for hosts Calvary to register their third season win against unbeaten Mbale based Kataka FC at the Green Light Stadium in Arua.

Amidst the loss, Kataka still maintains the top status on the log with 14 points only two ahead of second placed Maroons which lost to Kitara, 3-1 thanks to Zakayo Kizito, Oscar Munihizi and Peter Lomoro who scored for the hosts and Fred Amaku got the consolation for the Prisons side.

At the St George Stadium in Tororo, Luweero United registered a late win over home side MYDA courtesy of Derrick Mudali 89th minute to move the Kososvo boys to the either position on the table standings.

In other games, Proline FC fell to Ndejje University 2-1 at the Omondi Stadium while Nyamityobora lost 1-3 to visitors Blacks Power at the Kakyeeka Stadium in Mbarara.

Calvary 1-0 Kataka

Kitara 3-1 Maroons

Proline 1-2 Ndejje

Nyamityobora 1-3 Blacks Power

MYDA 0-1 Luweero
