The hosts, who bounced back from their previous 2-1 home defeat to Kitara, dominated the match, with goals from Denis Kalanzi, Umaru Kasumba, Saidi Kyeyune, and Hussein Mwanje sealing the impressive win.

Kalanzi was an early threat, nearly giving Police the lead when he shrugged off his marker and forced a fine save from Buhimba United goalkeeper Jamil Kiyimba.

He eventually fired the hosts ahead in the 28th minute, tapping home a rebound after Kiyimba struggled to handle Lawrence Tezikya’s low drive.

Kasumba doubled the lead just before the break, smartly slotting the ball home from close range after Brian James Obedi’s clever pass.

The second half saw Kyeyune extend Police’s advantage, with Kalanzi turning provider, and Mwanje putting the icing on the cake, scoring the fourth goal thanks to a precise delivery from Emmanuel Mugume.
