KCCA FC Manager Morley Byekwaso and Player Davis Kasirye have been awarded as the Pilsner Coach and Player for the month of October respectively.

Byekwaso led KCCA FC to four league wins and one draw in the opening five fixtures, they collected 13 points from possible 15 in the process.

“I would like to appreciate Pilsner the organizers of these awards, the media and football fraternity,” Byekwaso said before adding.

“This award will motivate me and the technical team at KCCA FC to work hard to achieve such things together,” he added.

Meanwhile, Davis Kasirye scored three goals in five games.

Kasirye who joined KCCA FC in September 2021 opened his club account against Wakiso Giants FC and later scored in two home games against Gaddafi FC and Tooro United FC.

“I want to thank the Manager and the Coaches at the club for pushing me to my very best. To my fellow players, this is not my award alone but rather our award.”

“This will make me work extra hard so that I come back here for more awards,” he said.

The Lugogo based side will return to action on Friday November 19th 2021 against UPDF FC at the MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo targeting maximum points.
