Newly promoted UPL side Kitara have unveiled Brian Aheebwa as their latest new signing.

Aheebwa joins the Royals as a free agent after being one of the players that were released by KCCA FC.

He is also a former player at Mbarara City Football Club.

Kitara FC appointed Brian Ssenyondo to replace Sam Ssimbwa. Simbwa guided the Hoima based club back to the UPL as well as emerging champions of the FUFA Big League 2022/23 season.

Denis Omedi, Jude Ssemugabi, Frank Zaga Tumwesige, Hakim Ssemakula, Benjamin Nyakoojo, goalkeeper Chrispus Kusiima, Ibrahim Magandazi, Sabir Yasir, Samson Kasozi and Shafik Magogo are the other new players that have joined Kitara FC in the on going transfer window.

Charles Kyomuhendo, Micheal Kagiri, Godfrey Lwesibawa, Katongole Farouk, Moses Sseruyidde, Abasi Kateregga, Ssali Davis, Kizito Zakayo, Patrick Mugume, John Stuart Mwesigwa, Sula Sekamwa, John Wesley Kisakye Ronald Kayondo and Rodgers Lukwiya Onono were released by the club.
