Masaza Cup: Tickets to hit market next Monday

After successful semi-final stage, the 2024 Masaza Cup final will be held on Saturday, the 2nd November.

The 20th Edition final will be between Buddu and Kyaggwe a 3pm. There will be a third classification match between semi-final losers Kyadondo and Buwekula.

This afternoon, the Buganda Kingdom Minister for Youth, sports and arts Owek. Robert Sserwanga Ssalongo confirmed tickets will hit markets on Monday 21st this month.

The two time champions Buddu eliminated Kyadondo on a 4-2 aggregate score after their 1-all draw at Kitovu Arena in Masaka City.

Buddu won the first leg 3-1 over hosts Kyadondo at Muteesa II Stadium in Wankulukuku.

Meanwhile, Kyaggwe advanced to the final with a 2-1 aggregate score. The second leg in Buwekula ended goalless.

Kyaggwe won 2-1 at home in Kyaggwe.

This year’s final will be played at Mandela National Stadium, Namboole. The final returns to the National Stadium for the first time since 2019.

The tickets will go for 20,000 (ordinary), 50,000 (VIP) and 100,000 for the VVIPs.
