Maroons FC lands a juicy sponsorship deal

Uganda Premier League side Maroons FC have unveiled a sponsorship deal with Ngetta Tropical Holdings Limited worthy 600 million Uganda Shillings.

A renewable three year deal was announced today, the 19th at the Uganda Prison Headquarters in Kampala.

The Prison Warders will be getting 200 million shillings each year with the Virgin Gold logo fest on the front of all the club’s training and playing shirts.

The commissioner General of Prisons who also doubles as the club’s patron Can Dr Johnson Byabashaija believes the partnership is a beginning of great things,

“We are a club with a rich history and a rich potential and may this partnership be the beginning of greater things for both Maroon Fc and Ngetta holdings”

Starting on Saturday the Prison Warders will don a kit with the new sponsor as they host UPDF at Luzira Prisons grounds

Maroons FC is currently in the tenth position with 27 points.
