Kitara Football Club have unveiled defender Farouk Katongole from Express as their fourth signing.

The defender has spent on five months with the James Odoch’s side.

Katongole has signed a contract of six months with the Hoima based side.

He has previously played for URA FC, Tooro United, Soltilo Bright Stars, and Express FC.

The other three signing that have joined Kitara FC are George Ssenkaba, Paul Mucurezi and Godfrey Lwesibawa.

The Royals progressed to the round of 32 in the Stanbic Uganda Cup after eliminating Free Stars 3-0 in spot kicks following a barren stalemate

Kitara Football Club completed the first round top of the FUFA Big League table with 31 points.
