Matovi departed KCCA last week after coming to a mutual consent with the club.

He is a graduate of the KCCA SA, having featured for them in the FUFA Junior League.

He was promoted to KCCA senior team in 2019 but since then he has failed to cement a starting spot.

He has also a loan spell at Proline where he helped them win the Uganda Cup in 2019, beating Bright Stars in the final in Masaka.

He also helped Proline gain promotion to top flight and also featured in the CAF Confederation Cup.

Last season at KCCA, he featured in just a game, a 6-2 win over Kitara in Masindi.

He becomes the club’s fourth signing this window after Meddie Kyeyune, Kazuto Kushida and Fiat Cleophas.
