She Corporates and UCU Lady Cardinals have kicked off the Fufa Women Super League on high note after registering victories in their respective games.

She Corporates won 2-0 against Uganda Martyrs with Nasango Grace and Nambatya Favor on the scoresheet at MUBS Arena in Nakawa.

New signing Nassongo opened the scores in the 18th minute while lanky forward Nambatya added the other at the stroke of halftime.

Meanwhile, Hasifah Nassuna scored the only goal of the game as UCU Lady Cardinals registered a narrow 1-0 win against Olila High School in Soroti.

Elsewhere at Wakissha Grounds, Rines SS and Tooro played to one-all stalemate with Yasmeen Nalukwago scoring for the former while Kabaculezi Mary scored for the latter.

Lady Doves and She Maroons also shared spoils with a goalless draw.
