FUFA Big League side Kitara FC have suspended their head coach Mark Twinamasiko for two months.

“The Kitara Club management has with immediate effect suspended head coach Mark Twinamasiko for two months until 23rd March due to internal reasons”

“He will receive his monthly salary throughout the entire duration of the suspension.”

” In the meantime Richard Makumbi and Denis Kiyimba will handle the club’s technical matters.” Reads the statement.

Nim Media understands Twinamasiko and Makumbi have not been at good terms to the extent that Makumbi used to handle away games and Twinamasiko home encounters.

Kitara FC finished the first round with 31 points from the 15 games they played

They have been drawn against Buganda Regional side Free Stars FC in the Stanbic Uganda Cup.
