Up to four players are set to miss the Uganda Certificate of Education examinations which starts on Monday March 1st after being called on the Uganda U-17 national team.

The Uganda Cubs head Coach Hamza Lutalo included four senior four players on his final 25 man squad who will fly out of the country later today.

The players in question include Ivan Irinimbabazi of  Royal Giants High School, Oscar Mawa Gombe High School, Mutyaba Travis of St. Mary’s SS Kitende and Elvis Mwanje who are to miss exams because of Africa cup u17 tournament.

The issue also caught the attention of the parliament and they are set to sit on Tuesday March 2nd to discuss about the it.

The tournament will be played between 13th-31st March in Morocco.

Uganda Cubs were pooled in group A along with Morocco, Ivory Coast and Zambia.

This is Uganda’s second time to feature in tournament following their first appearance in Tanzania in 2019.

    Nothing to do that’s sports at times you forgo education coz sports calendar world wide is not about the education one as each country has their own education calendar and schedule bt for sports its always uniform
