The 13-time Uganda Premier league champions, Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club, confirmed their eighth signing of the season.

The 2018/19 UPL top scorer (19 goals), Juma Balinya is the confirmed new name in the club’s 2020/21 season squad.

In their TV show held on Sanyuka TV every Sunday, KCCA announced the attacking midfielder cum forward as their eighth signing and was handed a two-year employment contract.

The former Police FC fans’ darling joined Tanzanian giants Yanga FC in June of 2019 but only six months were enough for him to terminate his two-year contract with the club following unpaid arrears.

Then later joined Kenyan Giants, Gor Mahia but the same misfortune of not being paid followed him until he bounced back at his homeland.

Balinya joined Club’s early signings; Samson Kigozi, Stefano Mazengo Loro, Brian Ahebwa, Denis Iguma, Ashraf Mugume, Bright Anukani, Charles Lwanga.

Vipers SC. 2011-14

A.S Port. 2014-2015

Lweza FC. 2015-2016

Police FC. 2016-2019

Yanga FC. 2019-2020

Gor Mahia 2020
