The promotional playoffs from Big League level to regional league kicked off today Monday, 19th October 2020 with two fixtures at Njeru Technical Center- Buikwe.

The Buganda Regional league side that is vying to get promoted to Big League for the forthcoming season, Luweero United FC started to put in place the  mandatory procedures put in place by FUFA and ministry of health.

The Bulemeezi based side’s players went under COVID-19 mandatory testing on Monday at their home ground ahead of their do or die fixture against Buwambo United set for Thursday 22nd at FUFA Technical Center Njeru.

Among the two hurdles on their journey to Big League promotion for first time in history is Buwambo United.

The winner between the two will face the champion of Kampala Region.
