Boxing: Gloves on Fire launched, 17 bouts lined up
Launched this Tuesday, the 21st May 2024 at Chucky’s Auto Spa and Grill in Zana, the boxing night will have 17 bouts. This special night will be on Saturday, the 29th June 2024 at the same venue. Launched this Tuesday, the 21st May 2024 at Chucky’s Auto Spa and Grill in Zana, the boxing night will have 17 bouts. This special night will be on Saturday, the 29th June 2024 at the same venue.

Dominant boxers Catherine Nanziri, Stanley Mugerwa, Kaaya are born of Zana.

Joy Vegas Lubega Vs Karim Mandongo of Tanzania is the main fight. The bout will be a eight (8) rounder.

The other interesting bout is a National title contest between Conrad Sseruyange taking on Hassan Were in the featherweight.

Nanziri who last fought last year on 19th  August 2023 against Egine Kayange in an ABU female Bantum weight title will take on another Tanzanian on the day.

She will face Tanzania’s Lulu Kayage in Super Bantumweight.

Middleweight boxer Stanley will battle Tanzania’s Daudi Mwita Mgaya in eighth rounds show.

The event is organized by A&B in conjunction with Baltic Promotions.
