St. Noa Girls School-Zana’s captain Sarah Bibirye Scoops USPA young sports personality of June.

Uganda Sports Press Association (USPA) voted St. Noa Girls School-Zana’s captain Sarah Babirye as best the best Young sports personality of June.

USPA voted Sarah Bibirye during their monthly assembly on Monday, 14th August at Imperial Royale hotel in Kampala.

Speaking to this website, Sarah Bibirye said, “This award is a push factor for me and teammates to outdo our limit for the best. Ahead of FEASSSA Games, it has brought more hunger to the team for more success”.

Babirye who guided his side to a bronze medal after finishing third (3rd) at the ISF World Schools football championship in Rabat Morocco was unopposed.

Babirye scored three (3) and assisted twice of the entire 21 record goals St. Noa Girls Secondary School-Zana scored at the championship.

At the same event, City tyres were recognized for their immense contribution towards sports and USPA, particularly with the sporting award.
