Mbarara City targets top of the table slot as they host Ndejje University at Kakyeka Stadium in Mbarara this evening.

In the previous fixture Mbarara City played to a one all draw with Police FC in Kavumba as Ndejje University registered a crucial 1-0 victory against Kyetume FC in Ndejje.

The Ankole Lions sit in the second position with 41 points two behind current leaders Kitara FC and a win will automatically see them on top of the table as they wait for Kitara FC result who play Police in Kigaya a day later.

Visitors Ndejje are not far away from relegation occupying the 11th position with 27 points, only two positions above the drop zone.

Their position will be determined by the results from other fixtures.
