Kitara FC defeats NEC FC as Mbarara City and Police FC played to stalemates on match day 20 of the FUFA Big League

Dudu Ramathan converted from the spot in the 84th minute to score the only goal that helped Sam Ssimbwa’s coached side to register their second consecutive victory of the second round.

Kitara now move to 40 points two above second placed Police FC

NEC dropped to the fourth position as they remain on 37 points.

Mori Manja was the hero in Mbarara City FC’s goalless draw against Kataka in Mbale.

Manja saved Kataka’s last minute penalty helping the Ankole Lions to go back with at least a point.

Police FC and Kyetume FC played to a one all draw at Nakisunga grounds.

Denis Lubowa scored for Kyetume before Emmanuel Mugume putting the game to level at the stroke of the first half.

Umar Kayemba, Umar Muhinzi and Brian Ssali scored each for Lugazi FC as they defeated Luweero United 3-0 in Lugazi.

Northern Gateway defeated Kaaro Karungi Karungi 1-0, the winning goal was scored by Messi Owani.

Booma FC and Adjumani TC played to a goalless draw in Masindi.

Match day 20 will continue with one fixture as Jinja North United play host to Soroti City at Kyabazinga Stadium Bugembe
