BUL FC will have a trip to Barifa grounds for our midweek fixture with Arua Hill SC with an aim of completing double victory against the Leopards.

The reverse fixture between the two in December last year ended in a comprehensive 4-0 win for BUL FC.

BUL are feeling desperate to stretch their winning run and will potentially complete a double over their hosts.

To date, there have been eight wins, five draws and four losses for the Eastern Giants, and that is 29 points for Alex Isabirye’s side, just two behind third placed URA FC.

We are here to compete. I believe we shall have a good show but putting in mind that Arua Hill is at home. Therefore, anything can happen but I believe in my team because everyone is fine, though we left two players in Jinja with injuries but we have suitable replacements for them,” BUL FC assistant coach Richard Bakabulindi said.

The Eastern Giants will enter the contest off the back of a 2-0 win over Wakiso Giants last Saturday while Arua Hill suffered a 3-1 away defeat to Vipers SC on the same afternoon.

One point separate the two teams as the Leopards are in sixth place on 28 points after eight victories, four draws and five losses from 17 matches.

This clash will be the second meeting between the two teams and a win for BUL FC will see them climb to third position on the table.

BUL FC has won and drawn three games apiece to collect 12 points from the eight trips this campaign, 15 goals have been scored and 13 conceded across the eight matches.

The Eastern Giants have lost once in their last four away games but last won on the road in early December last year against Tooro United.
