Express FC will be targeting return to the winning ways when they host bottom placed Tooro United FC at the Muteesa II stadium Wankulukuku on Friday afternoon.

The Red Eagles have failed to register victory in their previous two league games after settling for draws against Bright Stars at home and away respectively.

The Wasswa Bbosa coached side is however on a seven match unbeaten run at home and hope to earn maximum points to move above URA FC who also have 28 points on the log.

According to Bbosa, his boys have prepared well for the game and he is aiming for three points from the game.

“We’ve prepared well ahead of our game against Tooro United FC, we respect them despite their position on the log but we want to win this game,” Bbosa said before adding.

“The boys are ready, we’re also not deterred by the early kickoff as we’ve mentally prepared the boys,” he added.

Meanwhile, Tooro United enter this game fully motivated after registering their second victory this season in the league with a 1-0 win against Onduparaka.

This will be the eighth meeting between both sides across all competitions with the Red Eagles managing four wins compared to Tooro United’s two with one draw between both sides.

The Red Eagles have are on a seven game home unbeaten run across all competitions while bottom of the log Tooro United have managed one win their last five outings.
