In a stunning Stanbic Uganda Cup encounter, non-league side Football Classroom pulled off a massive 3-1 upset against Uganda Premier League outfit Calvary FC at Hamz Stadium in Nakivubo on Monday, booking their place in the round of 32.

The visitors took an early lead through Dada Ibrahim in the 29th minute, but Football Classroom fought back with Oloya Habib equalizing from the spot just before halftime.

The hosts took control in the second half, with Moses Sseruyidde scoring a superb free kick and Steven Yiga adding a sensational left-footed strike to seal the win.

Managed by Felix Ssekabuuza, Davis Nnono, and Joel Muwanguzi, Football Classroom’s victory marks a significant milestone, having been eliminated in the round of 64 last term.

They join top-flight sides like Vipers SC, SC Villa, and KCCA FC in the round of 32.
