Uganda’s U-20 Women’s National Team, the Queens Cranes, has convened a 32-player squad for the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup qualifiers against Zambia.

Head coach Sheryl Ulanda Botes has selected a balanced team featuring school football prospects, Women Super League regulars, and foreign-based players.

The Queens Cranes will face Zambia in a two-legged encounter, with the first leg on February 7, 2026, at FUFA Stadium, Kadiba, and the return leg on February 14, 2026, in Zambia.

The team boasts talented goalkeepers, including Lillian Nakirya and Angella Adeke, solid defenders like Desire Katisi Natooro, and creative midfielders such as Angella Nolla and Agnes Nabukenya.

Up front, Sylvia Kabene leads the attack.

The squad blends local and international talent, with players from top clubs like St. Noa Girls, Kawempe Muslim Ladies, and Kampala Queens, as well as overseas-based players in the USA, Kenya, and Malta.
