In a thunderous display at Hamz Stadium, Nakivubo War Memorial Stadium on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) Football Club demolished league debutants Buhimba United Saints 7‑3, delivering the season’s biggest thrashing.

The Tax Collectors struck early, forging a 3‑0 lead by halftime.

Joseph Ssemujju opened the scoring with a half‑hour strike, Nelson Senkatuka followed twelve minutes later with a superbly curled free kick, and Denis Kisiriko sealed the cushion before the break.

The second half was purely a Fred Amaku show who scored a hat-trick.

Brought on for Laban Tibiita at the 51st minute, he netted a hat‑trick—68’, 74’, and 83’—while substitute Living Kabob added a full‑time goal to complete the rout.

Martin Opolot, Edson Agondeze and Charles Kyomuhendo gave Buhimba a slender reply.

The victory, only URA’s second of the campaign, lifted them to fifth on the table with 11 points, while Buhimba dropped to 12th with nine.

Later that evening, reigning champions Vipers SC silenced Express FC with a 3‑0 triumph.

Enock Ssebagala, skipper Allan Okello and Isaac Ogwang put the Venoms five wins from five matches, vaulting them to the summit of the standings.

The action continues Thursday, 27 November, as BUL hosts Entebbe UPPC at the FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru, and Kitara travels to Police at Kira Road.
