Former Uganda Cranes defender Savio Kabugo Unveiled at Lugazi FC

FUFA Big League side Lugazi FC have officially unveiled defender Savio Kabugo as their latest signing.

Kabugo joins William Kyeswa’s coached side as a free agent he last played for Jwaneng Galaxy in 2022.

He is a former player if KCCA, Proline, URA FC, SC Villa, As Vita and Sebeta Kenema FC.

The defender plays for Buganda Province in the FUFA Drum tournament a side he captined as they defeated Bunyoro Province 2-0 to seal a semi final slot.

Samuel Nsubuga, Latif Kiyemba, Abraham Opio, Mubarak Mitala, James Okiror, Alvin Birungi, Ronald Ssempala, Freedom Mungudit and Sam Ssemugugu are the other signings to have joined Lugazi FC in the ongoing transfer window.

Kyeswa’s men will host Ndejje University on 29th September in Lugazi as they kick start the 2023/24 FUFA Big League season.
