Under their Villa Members’ Trust  (VMT) umbrella, SC Villa have officially started fans registration process.

The activation was held at the club head offices in Industrial Area on Wednesday, the 8th November 2023.

Speaking to the press, the Club’s CEO William Nkemba urged fan to embrace the exercise.

“As a club, we encourage our fans to register. Those who had registered in June, will only get their cards one week after reviving this process.

In the new arrangements, SC Villa Members’ Trust will fully own and have control over collected database for our fans with no third parties.”

“Our fans who had registered at the start of the season before the registration process was halted will not be required to pay again.” Nkemba.

In attendance was the club Chief Executive officer Eng. William Nkemba, Asan Kasingye (club Spokesperson) and Ex-Com member Sarah Adong.

To register, each member pays a membership fee of Fifty Thousand Shillings (UGX. 50,000) annually and every registered member will receive a card.

“It being a community club, SC Villa is is financially supported by its members, so it’s important to support the club by paying membership fee.

As we look forward to take the club back to it’s glory days, a lot of commitments must be done and financial support is one of them”. Kasingye.

SC Villa will return to action on Thursday in the Uganda Premier League.

They play host to struggling Arua Hill at Muteesa II Stadium in Wankulukuku. However, SC Villa hasn’t performed better.

The Jogoos have averaged a point in each game this season so far, having collected five points in five games played.
